Eight lawyers from Blumling & Gusky will join McNees, along with the firm's office in Pittsburgh.
The move comes as Blumling & Gusky has struggled with succession and maintaining a steady roster of lawyers.
With the addition of the Blumling attorneys, McNees reports a lawyer head count of nearly 150.

McNees Wallace & Nurick is bringing on the eight remaining attorneys of Pittsburgh-based construction boutique Blumling & Gusky, giving the Harrisburg-based midsize firm its first outlet in the western Pennsylvania city.

The firm announced the combination Wednesday morning. Law.com reported last month that the two firms were in merger talks.
