Philadelphia-based real estate lawyer and Cozen O’Connor member Bernard Lee died Sunday after suffering a cardiac incident last week at a 76ers game, leaders at the 775-lawyer firm confirmed Monday. He was 71.

Lee advised developers, corporations and government entities on real estate projects and their financing during his more than 40-year career as a lawyer. At Cozen O’Connor, he served as a former co-chair of the real estate practice and as a former two-term member of the firm’s board of directors.
