Plaintiffs attorneys who are suing Amazon.com Inc. over alleged lost wages at 11 Connecticut fulfillment centers believe a recent ruling in front of Pennsylvania’s high court could bode well for their case.

“What happened in Pennsylvania can only benefit us,” co-plaintiffs counsel Thomas Durkin of Hayber, McKenna & Dinsmore in Hartford said. “This is an important case because it’s a lawsuit, like many others, to recover wages for time that employers require employees to remain on their premises for the benefit of the employer.”
