Schulte Roth & Zabel has added former Holland & Knight M&A partner Brian Miner to its roster in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Miner, who had been at Holland & Knight for the last three years, was also previously at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson; Reed Smith; and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
