As chair of the firm’s professional development and education committee, Elliott guides the firm in its support of professional well-being by focusing on training and education. In 2020, she and the committee quickly realized that the shutdown would greatly impact the firm’s legal professionals and staff’s well-being and the firm’s general culture of connection and collegiality. Those include a virtual book club, affinity group virtual meetups, guided meditation, photo themes and more.
