As the disciplinary hearing over former Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor William Fedullo’s misconduct came to a close Wednesday, disciplinary counsel urged that ethics authorities suspend Fedullo’s law license, while his attorney argued that he deserves only a private reprimand.

The hearing before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Board over ethics charges against Fedullo for having sexual relations with a client, Kimberly Guerin, and mishandling an IOLTA account adjourned Wednesday after 14 hours of teleconferenced proceedings spread across two days.
