Former Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor William P. Fedullo had sexual relations with a woman he represented in several legal matters, according to a complaint filed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Board.
In addition to violating ethics rules by having sexual relations with a client, the Disciplinary Board charged Fedullo with mishandling an IOLTA account and entering into an undocumented loan agreement with the client, Kimberly Guerin.
