The New Jersey Supreme Court has issued discipline on two attorneys for their actions in neighboring states.

Dawn Segal, a former Philadelphia municipal court judge, was issued a three-year suspension in New Jersey for failing to report another judge who asked her for special consideration in three cases. And Evgeny Alender Freidman, known in New York as the “Taxi King” for the 800 taxi medallions he once owned, was disbarred in New Jersey over his New York tax fraud conviction.
