With a ruling the winning lawyer called a “roadmap” for arbitration litigation, a federal judge has determined that a fraternity and its leaders accused of hazing cannot keep a lawsuit out of court.

U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania denied all motions to compel arbitration of John Jean’s personal injury complaint.
