Following is a listing of legislative and executive action from the week of Feb. 8. Both houses of the General Assembly were in recess at press time. The Pennsylvania Senate was scheduled to return to session Feb. 22. The state House of Representatives was set to come back to the Capitol on March 15.

Hospitality Relief

Gov. Tom Wolf on Feb. 10 announced that $145 million in funding will be distributed to all 67 Pennsylvania counties through the COVID-19 Hospitality Industry Recovery Program to help support the hospitality industry. Funding will be provided in the form of block grants to each county based on population and will be allocated by Feb. 28, according to a statement from the governor’s office.
