On Sept. 16, 2017, plaintiff Harold Getting, 74, was operating a 2015 Troy-Bilt Riding Mower on his property in Williamsport. The mower became unstable, and it overturned. Getting was pinned under the mower, and his left foot contacted the blade, resulting in a partial amputation of the foot. Getting had leased the mower at Mark's Sales and Leasing from a salesperson, Lemuel Scott Barger.
