The Lackawanna County Prison Board failed to prove that a former deputy warden was without grounds to sue the board for allegedly firing him in violation of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act by not having public discussions on the decision beforehand, a state court judge has ruled.
The judge, however, gave the board another chance to seek to have the ex-deputy’s claims dismissed.
