In another dispute in a long-running series of attorney-fee disputes between a veteran solo practitioner and his former client, Norristown lawyer Albert Oehrle has won yet again.

This time, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania has affirmed that his former client and her now-husband owes him an additional $88,988.28 for fees he paid to his own lawyer, after he tried to collect on an attorney-fee settlement note from 2006 that he’d entered into with the client for lawyering he’d performed in years before that.
