The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has recommended a suspension of one year plus one day for former Jerry Sandusky prosecutor Frank Fina.
The board’s recommendation, issued Thursday, is subject to approval by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The board’s report has not yet been posted.
