In light of the written plea admonishments signed by appellant and signed and approved by appellant's attorney, the prosecutor and the court that expressly state that appellant waives his right to confront and cross-examine witnesses at both the guilt and punishment phases of the trial, the court holds that appellant knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently waived his Sixth Amendment right to confront and cross-examine witnesses at the sentencing hearing.
