Chadwick says that the unified move of such a sizable number of lawyers "eliminated uncertainty," for clients.

"There were two or three other firms that were alternatives if Holland & Knight had not been interested, but Holland & Knight was head and shoulders the best choice for our clients," says Chadwick about his group's move.
