Texas Lawyer interviewed five lawyers who represent the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Texas Civil Justice League and the Texas Chapters of the American Board of Trial Advocates. None say that the legal groups this session agreed on everything; some bills put them on opposite sides. However, they all say they noticed an increased level of cooperation.
