A federal jury in Dallas recently acquitted Stephen Squires, the CEO and chairman of Quantam Materials Corp., who had been charged with two counts of tax evasion.
On July 19, the jury found Squires not guilty of willfully attempting to evade or defeat his federal income tax filing for 2003 and 2004.
