For the last 22 years, a stint longer than at most firms, William Munck has managed his technology-focused firm, Munck Wilson Mandala. The firm, initially known as Novakav Davis, grew from six lawyers in Dallas in 1998 to more than 90 in seven offices, in Dallas, Austin, Houston, Marshall and Waco in Texas, and Los Angeles and Boca Raton.
