"When I joined Perkins Coie in 2020, my employment contract said I would not be considered for the partnership until at least 2023," Janice Ta said. "But less than a year after I lateralled, I proudly breached that contract to make partner earlier than my expected date. The firm recognized my achievements and my hard work."
