"In patent litigation, witnesses are most often men and many male colleagues fail to be mindful of the need to present women in the courtroom. Instead, they continue to hire the same male experts repeatedly. Seeking out women who can testify and give them opportunities is essential for progress in practice," Holly Engelmann said.
