Texas Instruments was slapped with a patent infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Texas Western District Court. The suit, filed by Russ August & Kabat on behalf of Ireland-based Sonrai Memory Ltd., alleges that defendant manufactures and sells products that infringe on plaintiffs ‘chip multiprocessor with multiple operating systems’ patent. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:21-cv-01066, Sonrai Memory Limited v. Texas Instruments Inc.
