The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit ruled that websites are not places of public accommodation under the American with Disabilities Act.

But Carol Lumpkin and Shawn Hogue, a partner and counsel at K&L Gates in Miami, said lawyers are trying to make sense of this ruling and the case is really about the proper role of the court.
