Here is a ”silver lining” of the COVID-19 pandemic: appellate lawyers live-tweeting the oral arguments in major court cases.
For example, at least four attorneys from Texas, Washington, D.C., and Michigan live-tweeted the oral argument in the Affordable Care Act case that the U.S. Supreme Court heard Tuesday. The audio of the argument was broadcast on C-Span, allowing tweeting attorneys to make predications.
