A dentist who alleged his Houston attorneys were “maximizing their fees at his expense” will have a second chance to make his case because of a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

The Fifth Circuit ruling on Wednesday sent the case back to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas so that plaintiff Dr. Saeed Rohi can amend his claims and continue his litigation against lawyers J. Mark Brewer, A. Blaire Hickman and law firm Brewer & Pritchard.
