Television streaming company Roku Inc. has beaten a $41 million patent lawsuit by Florida-based company MV3 Partners after an in-person jury trial in Texas federal court.
After an Oct. 5 to 14 trial, using COVID-19 precautions, a federal jury found for Roku in the Western District of Texas courtroom of U.S. District Judge Alan Albright.
