The largest county in Texas has restarted in-person jury trials, but not everyone is happy about it.
Harris County announced Monday that its district courts would resume jury trials, and it launched a public service campaign to reassure potential jurors that they would be safe because of the COVID-19 precautions the courts have put into place.
