Former Judge Rudy Delgado will spend five years in federal prison for convictions in his judicial bribery case.

U.S. District Judge Alfred Bennett of the Southern District of Texas sentenced Delgado to serve 48 months for four of his convictions, and 60 months for the remaining four convictions, but the sentences will run concurrent, followed by two years of probation.
