In a litigation lending dispute, an appellate court on Tuesday ordered Houston firm Berg & Androphy and name partner Joel Androphy to mediation to try to resolve a dispute with an online lawsuit lending platform.
The 14th Court of Appeals abated Berg & Androphy’s appeal for 60 days, with instructions to notify the court if mediation with Affiliated Solutions, which does business as LitCap, resolves the dispute.
