If his first week on the bench was tough, there’s bad news for new U.S. Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch: his second week may be tougher.

A wider array of tricky cases argued by tough advocates faces Gorsuch next week, ranging from Stephen Bright of the Southern Center for Human Rights in a death penalty case on April 24, to former solicitor general Seth Waxman—now with Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr—appearing in a “biosimilar” patent case on April 26.
