Good morning and welcome to the Monday addition of the SCOTUS Brief. Brad Kutner here, working with Avalon Zoppo as we all continue to tread in the footsteps of the incomparable Marcia Coyle. The justices are back on the bench this week tackling hefty attorney-client privilege and international banking sanctions. You can read about those cases here. Today we’ll run down arguments in Glacier Northwest v. Teamsters, a dispute over union workers who their employers claim destroyed company property as part of a work protest. Jones Day attorneys are repping the company after a state court sided with the Teamsters. We’ve also got a rundown on who’s arguing in the four cases this week, as well as a round of emergency requests to block a new New York gun law.

Thanks for reading. We welcome feedback and tips. Contact Brad Kutner at [email protected] and follow him on Twitter @BradKutner.
