Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief! The justices will issue more opinions this morning. After Monday’s release, 24 cases are pending decision and the odds are improving that the court will wrap up the term by the end of June or first week of July. We take a quick look at a new petition that brings climate change once again to the court’s attention. Appellate Twitter folks had some fun with the use of “mine run” in Justice Barrett’s majority opinion on Monday.
