Reed Smith labor and employment partner John DiNome has left the firm to go in-house, joining American Academic Health System LLC.
DiNome, who practiced at Reed Smith for 22 years, is the health system’s new assistant general counsel for labor and employment and chief human resource officer as of one week ago, he said in an interview Monday. AAHS is a recently formed affiliate of Paladin Healthcare, a longtime client of DiNome and Reed Smith, DiNome said.
