CBS is developing a new law school comedy based on the experiences of Jay McGraw, Dr. Phil McGraw’s son, at SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas.

According to a report on Deadline Hollywood, the show, “Class Action,”  focuses on a law student who is looking for an easy experience in law school, but finds himself in a class where an “eclectic group” of law students are required to argue actual cases in court.
