Employers Beware: Insurance Won't Cover Everything
There are a wide variety of insurance policies available to companies to protect against employment-related claims. Although some policies cover a variety of claims, many cover only specific claims to the exclusion of all others. Employers need to be aware of exactly how much -- or how little -- their insurance protects them. Attorney Kevin C.
