A Telfair County jury has awarded $2.8 million to a man whose wrecker was hit head-on by a skidding, jackknifed tractor trailer.The October 2008 crash on Georgia Highway 31 in Telfair County crushed Raford E. Horton's pelvis and put him in the hospital for 45 days, according to court records.
