A Texas defense contractor found by an Atlanta federal jury last spring to have misappropriated trade secrets from Lockheed Martin has accused Lockheed of intentionally withholding evidence critical to its defense. Attorneys for L-3 Communications Integrated Systems made the allegations four months after the jury awarded Lockheed $37 million in damages and legal fees that could total more than $16 million.
