Trial Opens in AHP Age-Bias Suit
The trial of an age discrimination suit against American Home Products began Tuesday in a New Jersey Superior Court, with the plaintiff's lawyer promising to call the company's chief executive officer as a witness to prove there is a from-the-top policy of firing anyone over 65. "All Al Jablonski did was turn 65," said the plaintiff's attorney, Mark Falk, during opening arguments.
