Finally, some good news for embattled plaintiffs lawyer William Lerach: California's 2nd District Court of Appeal has restored an overtime class action brought by insurance claims adjusters represented by Lerach's firm. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge had partially decertified the class after finding that the adjusters were exempt from state overtime laws.
