Ex-Sunbeam Officers Charged With Fraud
The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil suit against the former chairman and CEO of now-bankrupt Sunbeam Corp., four other former Sunbeam officers and an Arthur Andersen managing partner, charging them all with financial fraud.
