Not much information has been compiled about the attrition rate of minority women associates at large law firms. Philadelphia's $135,000 starting associate salary bandwagon just got a little more crowded. Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin's board of directors voted last week to raise the firm's entry-level associate salaries from $125,000 to $135,000, effective July 1. The firm appears to be the first in Philadelphia with less than 50 attorneys to offer $135,000 to its associates.
