ATLANTA AP _ Julia Agnes Washington Bond, whose son Julian became chairman of the NAACP and co-founded the Southern Poverty Law Center, has died.She was 99.Julia Bond was born on June 20, 1908, in Nashville, Tenn., to Daisy Agnes Turner Washington, a teacher, and George Elihu Washington, principal of Pearl High School.
