Addressing an issue of first impression, an 11th Circuit panel has ruled that district court judges may not attempt to revive an otherwise untimely interlocutory appeal from a class certification ruling by renewing the denial order and thus resetting the filing deadline. Pryor, writing for an 11th Circuit panel, noted that plaintiffs may still appeal the denial when the case is completed.
