Reasonable Accommodation Request Sought Benefit Beyond ADA, Rehabilitation Act §504

The trial court properly granted partial summary judgment to pharmacy in plaintiffs' suit for professional negligence/malpractice and punitive damages after the pharmacy gave the plaintiff the wrong medication, allegedly resulting in a fall.

The arresting officer involved in defendants case was not required to personally observe defendant involved in hand-to-hand illegal drug transactions and could rely on information provided by a fellow trooper, including a photo of the defendant, to determine whether he had reasonable suspicion to detain defendant. The court affirmed defendants judgment of sentence.

The trial court erred in denying summary judgment to store in plaintiff's slip and fall suit because there was no evidence that it had superior knowledge of any hazardous condition.
