Discipline Report: Three Resign, One is Disbarred and Another Goes on Probation
Three lawyers have resigned in lieu of discipline, a Dallas County lawyer has been disbarred, and a Montgomery County lawyer has been placed on probation, the State Bar of Texas reported recently. In the case of the disbarred lawyer — who is from Dallas County — the Bar cited alleged violations of rules regulating the handling and processing of funds belonging to clients.
