Claims on Berlin Property Seized Under Hitler Reach N.Y. Court

Marion Sutton was 7 years old when her family fled Hitler's Germany in 1934. In 2000, after a lengthy claims process, the German government granted Sutton title to a 35-unit apartment building in the former East Berlin, one of nine properties her family left behind. Still Photos Ruled OK in Murder Trial
