11th Circuit Saves Inmate's Chance for DNA Evidence
An 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel has revived a death row inmate's efforts to obtain DNA evidence that could exonerate him. A lower court dismissed Alabama inmate Danny Joe Bradley's suit because he had already exhausted his appeals.
