Kilpatrick Stockton Boosts N.Y. Head Count by Adding IP Partners
Atlanta's Kilpatrick Stockton has added three intellectual property partners in New York, substantially boosting its presence in the market. The move is a major one for the firm, whose year-old New York presence previously consisted of one partner and two associates working out of temporary offices. As many as 100 Pennie & Edmonds lawyers may join the New York office of Jones Day in the coming days and weeks as the 120-year-old intellectual property boutique prepares to shut down by Dec. 31.
