Last Friday, renowned forensic scientist Henry Lee was scheduled to tour the wreckage of the Middletown Kleen Energy construction site on behalf of lawyers representing dead and injured construction workers. New London lawyer Robert I. Reardon and Hartford attorney M. Hatcher "Reese" Norris, of Butler, Norris Gold, sought a court order March 1 to shut down the site to preserve evidence.
