Google Inc. has acquired video-sharing Web site YouTube.com Inc. for $1.65 billion. The stock-for-stock transaction was Google's 28th acquisition since 2001, including Blogger, Applied Semantics and the job-search site Monster.com. Also, Houston-based Dynegy Inc., an electricity provider, has combined with East Brunswick, N.J.'s LS Power Group, a power plant developer, in a $2.3 billion transaction.
